These are the terms for orders placed on this site. Placing an order means you agree to them.
Who we are
Overdrive Exhausts is a US-based business selling aftermarket exhaust systems. Contact: hello@overdriveexhausts.com.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when payment is taken on Stripe's payment page. Product pages state the chassis, model years, body styles and engine each system fits; ordering the correct system for your car is your responsibility. We may cancel an order because of a pricing or listing error, with a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, duties and taxes. Payment is taken in full on Stripe's payment page; we never see or store your card number. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are your responsibility.
Lead times and shipping
Systems are built to order. Lead time and transit estimates on the product pages and the shipping page are estimates. The shipping policy forms part of these terms.
Returns and warranty
Returns: 30-day returns on systems that have not been installed or used and show no signs of installation. Buyer pays return shipping. Warranty: 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The returns and warranty page forms part of these terms.
Installation and use
Systems are supplied as bolt-on parts for the listed vehicle and are intended to be installed by a competent shop. Installation is at your own risk or that of your installer. We are not responsible for installation work, labor costs, or damage caused by incorrect installation, modification of the system or use outside normal road conditions.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost time, lost use of the car or installer charges. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Overdrive Exhausts is registered.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
