By placing an order with Overdrive Exhausts you agree to the following terms.
1. Who we are
Overdrive Exhausts ("we", "us") is operated by TODO: legal entity name and registered address. You can contact us at hello@overdriveexhausts.com.
2. Products
We sell cat-back exhaust systems, mid-pipes and catted headers only. Every product is designed to be installed behind, or to incorporate, catalytic converters. We do not sell parts intended to remove or defeat emissions equipment. Product fitment is listed by chassis code, engine and model year; it is your responsibility to confirm your vehicle matches before ordering.
3. Compliance and intended use
Aftermarket exhaust regulations vary by country, state and municipality, including noise limits and emissions-related rules. You are responsible for confirming that a product is legal to install and use where you live. Some products may be intended for closed-course use only in certain jurisdictions.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping, taxes and duties unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken in full at checkout, processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch and will offer a full refund if you do not wish to proceed at the corrected price.
5. Orders and lead times
Products are built to order. Lead times shown on the site are estimates and not guarantees. We will notify you of significant delays and you may cancel for a full refund if a delay exceeds 30 days beyond the estimate.
6. Shipping, risk and duties
Our shipping policy forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Import duties and local taxes on international orders are your responsibility.
7. Returns and warranty
Our returns and warranty policy forms part of these terms.
8. Installation
We recommend professional installation. We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation, modification of the product, or use with incompatible vehicles or parts.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of TODO: confirm jurisdiction. TODO: have these terms reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
