Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they enter production, normally within 48 hours of ordering. After that, a cancellation is treated as a return (below). Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Returns

Unused systems in their original packaging can be returned within TODO: confirm return window (e.g. 14 days) of delivery. Because each system is built to order, returns are subject to a TODO: confirm restocking fee (e.g. 20%) restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Systems that have been installed, modified or show signs of heat cannot be returned.

Wrong part or fitment problem

If we sent the wrong system, or a system listed as a direct fit for your car doesn't fit, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We'll cover the return shipping and send the correct part or refund you in full. Please send photos of the fitment issue so we can raise it with the supplier.

Damaged in transit

Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the parts. We'll ship a replacement for the damaged component at no cost.

Warranty

Stainless steel systems carry a TODO: confirm warranty term (e.g. 2 years) warranty and titanium systems a TODO: confirm warranty term warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for the original purchaser. The warranty covers cracked welds and manufacturing defects. It does not cover heat discolouration (normal on titanium), surface corrosion, damage from accidents, off-road use, track use or improper installation, or consumables such as gaskets and clamps. Valve controllers are covered for TODO: confirm (e.g. 1 year).

How to start a return or claim

1. Email hello@overdriveexhausts.com with your order number and photos.
2. We'll reply within one business day with a return authorisation and instructions.
3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
