Privacy
Short version: we collect what we need to take, build and ship your order and to answer your emails.
What we collect
When you order, Stripe collects your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address and payment details on its hosted checkout page. We see the name, email, phone and addresses so we can build and ship the order. We never see your full card number. Emails you send are kept so they can be answered.
Cart
Your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a refresh. It is not sent to us until you check out. Clearing your browser storage empties it.
What we use it for
Your order, returns and warranty claims, and replies to your emails. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who sees it
Stripe, to take payment. The carrier, to deliver the order: name, address and phone. We do not sell or rent your details and we do not share them with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising trackers. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies under its own policy. We may use basic, aggregate traffic statistics to see which pages are visited; these do not identify you.
Keeping and deleting
We keep order records for as long as tax and warranty obligations require. Email hello@overdriveexhausts.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it removed where we are able to.
